Bezahlung und Versand

Versandkostenpauschale:
Innerhalb Deutschlands berechnen wir eine Versandkostenpauschale von 5,00 € (Versand + Verpackung).
Bei Bestellungen unter 30,-€ berechnen wir eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 3,-€.
Alle Preise sind Bruttopreise. Mit dem Versand beginnen wir im April (je nach Witterung und lieferfähigen Pflanzen). Verkauft werden Pflanzen bis Oktober (ebenfalls Witterungsabhängig).
Jede Lieferung erfolgt auf Vorkasse oder Rechnung (Auslandslieferungen nur gegen Vorkasse). Auslieferung erfolgt nach Zahlungseingang auf unserem Konto.
Alle Päckchen/Pakete werden mit der Post/DHL verschickt (beste Erfahrungen). Innerhalb von Deutschland nur 5,00 € (für Versand + Verpackung).
Bei Angabe der E-Mailadresse erhalten Sie umgehend auf dem gleichem Wege eine Versandbestätigung.
Pflanzen und Schalen können auch direkt bei uns Zuhause erworben werden. Jedoch sollte hierfür ein Termin (Telefonisch oder per Mail) vereinbart werden.
Folgendes sollten Sie beachten:
Versandkostenliste (Auslieferung nur Europaweit)
Eine genaue Versandkostenangabe kann erst bei der Zusammenstellung der bestellten Pflanzen ermittelt werden. Versandkosten werden dem Kunden vor der Lieferung mitteilt.

* Bedingt durch unterschiedliche Steuerregeln können die Steuern
 für den Versand ins Ausland unterschiedlich sein.

 


Payment and dispatch

Forwarding expenses-all-inclusive:
Within Germany we calculate a forwarding expenses-all-inclusive of 5.00€ (dispatch + to packaging).
With orders less than 30€ we calculate a handling charge of 3€.
All prices are gross prices. We begin with the dispatch in April (according to weather and capable of delivery plants). Plants are sold till November (Also dependent on weather).
Every delivery occurs on precash or calculation (foreign deliveries only against precash). Delivery occurs after payment entrance on our account.
All packages / packages are sent by post / DHL (the best experiences). Within Germany only 5,00€ (for dispatch + packaging).
With information of the email address you immediately receive on the same way a dispatch confirmation.
Plants and bowls can be also acquired directly from us home. However, an appointment (By telephone or by mail) should be agreed for this.

An exact forwarding expenses information can be determined only with the arrangement of the ordered plants. Forwarding expenses become to the customer before the delivery informs.
